Note: Members have had more success registering via a browser on a computer rather than a mobile phone, so your first point for troubleshooting should be trying a different device.

How do I register?

Why do I need to register in more than one place?
Miniroos, Junior and Senior players are required to register and pay fees in two systems – Squadi (for Toowong FC and Football Qld fees), and PlayFootball (Football Australia fees). Registration in both systems is required prior to playing.
This is a requirement due to Football Queensland using Squadi as a platform for registration and competitions management in Queensland, and Football Australia requiring all participants to be registered to the national system.
Squadi – I can’t see the right age group/package
Several age groups are at capacity and no longer accepting nominations. Check the status of each age group on our Registration page to see if there are openings available. Instructions for registering, including links to the correct packages, are also available on the Registration page.
PlayFootball – detailed instructions for registering
PlayFootball have provided detailed instructions for registration here.
PlayFootball application error – unable to complete payment
This is a known issue with the system.
Exit your initial registration, then click on your profile > click My Registrations. The unfinished registration should be there, click the three dots next to Toowong Football Club and it should give you the option to Continue Registration & Pay:
If the issue persists, contact PlayFootball Support for assistance.
PlayFootball – can’t progress past Terms and Conditions
You must click on each line in order to review and accept the terms and conditions before progressing forward.
PlayFootball – registration under parent/carer’s name instead of child’s
Unfortunately, we’re unable to update information about participants in PlayFootball, so you have to submit a request to PlayFootball to get their details updated.

PlayFootball – child not available to select as participant
You may need to create a family member associated with your account, especially if you are registering more than one child. PlayFootball have instructions here: 2025 Registration System – Participant – How to Create a Participant Record.

PlayFootball – Eligibility Breach
