So far…
Well, we are nearly at the conclusion of the Winter Season and what a year it has been so far! A few key stats:
- Our membership has grown to just under 600 strong (a 100% increase in 5 years)
- Our Premier Men team gained promotion to the Brisbane Premier League for 2019 (a first for the Club)
- 8 of our 10 Senior teams made finals
- 2 of our 7 Junior teams have made finals so far, with 2 to find out their fate on the last round
- Our Girls program, in it’s 2nd year, is going from strength to strength with over 80 girls playing at Toowong this year
- Our Komodo program is starting to show progress
- We strengthened our partners for the next 2 years with Priceline and Maven Dental joining us
Frankly none of this would be possible without all of our volunteer coaches and managers, all the awesome players and their cool parents / partners, our volunteer committee, our general manager, operations manager, director of coaching, and each and everyone of our partners.
So please, take a moment to congratulate yourself on playing your part in making us the great community club that we are and look forward to an even bigger 2019 and beyond!
