Shipping timing

Collect from Club

We will typically have your order ready for collection within 24 hours, as soon as you receive an email confirmation it is good to go. If the Cafe is open you can collect, if it is out of season we will make arrangements to get your item ready at a convenient time to collect.

Delivery

We use Australia Post to deliver your items. Typically we will process an order within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Delivery can take up to 5 working days.

If there is likely to be any delay in processing (due to item out of stock for instance) we will contact you to keep you updated.
